Since 2007, Annmarie has been providing lactation education and support to birthing parents in the community hospital setting and outpatient lactation clinic. Her specialties are baby latch, breast and nipple discomfort, milk supply, and smart supplementation.
At its core, Annmarie’s practice is focused on the parent-child dyad to support infant nutrition and human milk production. Milk Maidens Lactation is welcoming of all families and the terminology used between consultant and client will be representative of how you identify in your parenting role. Annmarie has her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Arlington and her Associate of Science in Nursing from El Camino College (California). She also holds several certifications and is an active member of multiple professional organizations.
